Liberal sophomore guard Jai Chapman is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week; Congrats!!
Mike Danner from Balfour will be at LHS in the Government book room to deliver graduation announcements, caps and gowns and class rings on Thursday, February 2nd from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and on Friday, February 3rd from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
After Prom Committee is needing volunteers to help with the Mexican Dinner on February 10, 2011. Students will receive community service hours for helping with this event. Students, please sign up with Maria in the office. We are also needing parent volunteers for this fundraiser! Please call Michele Hay at 655-5490 or Jill Adams at 624-7593.

COUNSELOR NOTES
Any senior with a 3.0+ GPA who is interested in majoring in agronomy, agriculture or plant science, please pick up a Seward County Noxious Week Scholarship in the counseling office. All applications must be completed and mailed by February 1st.
Due February 1st.
Kansas Kiwanis Foundation – For those who are service oriented.
Helium Litigation Scholarship- For those planning to study any area in agriculture, the environment or energy.
Please note that this scholarship has an early deadline with a due date of March 15th.:
